Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us and we will try to take care of you. All returns must be within 30 days. However, the cost of returning items to us is always the responsibility of the purchaser using purchaser's preferred method of shipping with own tracking number. All returns must be accompanied with original packaging and a copy of receipt/packing slip for full refund.
**Ryan's Celtic North is not responsible for customer returns that are not received.
Refund process
Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment. A credit will post to your account approximately two days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement.
The value of returns, exchanges or refunds is the value at the time of purchase.
Due to hygienic reasons earrings and tin whistles cannot be returned.

Orders are shipped via Canada Postal Service.
**exception where discretion of package content warrants use of alternative Freight/Courier Service or expedited shipping with tracking number and insurance.
Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery. Custom orders & Backorders may require longer delivery times.
Orders shipped to incorrect address supplied by customer and not returned to Ryan's Celtic North shall be the responsibility of the customer. No refund can be issued.
Any and all Custom and Brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please check your countries Customs Office for any laws and charges which may be due. Ryan's Celtic North is not responsible for any and all Custom and Brokerage charges.
